If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 RETURNS

 • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. EXCHANGES

 • We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery.

 • To initiate an exchange, contact us at shreemahalakshmi567@gmail.com with your

  order number and a photo of the item. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of

  delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 REFUNDS

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

 • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
