Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
• Standard Delivery (India): 5–8 business days
• Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (where available)

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1,999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹ 85 applies to orders below this amount.

ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can track your order on Delhivery website.

DELIVERY ISSUES
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
